Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support through live chat, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Engage with customers, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Utilize our live chat platform to communicate with customers, providing accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services.
  • Work collaboratively with our internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Maintain a high level of productivity and meet performance metrics, ensuring that customer satisfaction and response times are consistently met.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your knowledge and skills, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Essential Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in using live chat platforms and other customer support software.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with a high level of self-motivation and discipline.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer support or a related field.

What We Offer

  • A competitive base salary of $500 per month, plus a 5% commission on container sales (approximately $20-$30 per container sold).
  • Paid training to ensure you're equipped to succeed in your role.

Work Schedule and Time Zone Requirements

We're looking for team members who can commit to working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm EST.
