Social Media Content Creator
                                About Us:
We are a leading multi-specialty healthcare organization with over 50 board-certified surgeons and a growing presence in patient-centered care. We are looking for a skilled and creative Social Media Content Creator with a strong background in video production and editing to help humanize our brand, highlight physician expertise, and educate the public through compelling, high-quality digital content.
Position Overview:
The Social Media Content Creator will lead the development and execution of multimedia content for social channels — with a primary focus on filming, editing, and producing short- and long-form video content. You will collaborate closely with surgeons, marketing staff, and clinical teams to craft stories that reflect the excellence and innovation within our practice.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, shoot, and edit video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms — including interviews, patient stories, surgical education, behind-the-scenes moments, and event coverage.
• Develop and implement a strategic content calendar that aligns with business goals and healthcare communications best practices.
• Repurpose video content into teasers, highlight reels, and still images for cross-platform distribution.
• Work with physicians and staff to make clinical topics accessible, engaging, and compliant with healthcare regulations (HIPAA).
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all social channels.
• Stay current on platform trends, video formats, and audience engagement strategies.
• Monitor performance metrics (reach, engagement, watch time) and optimize content based on insights.
• Collaborate with internal marketing, PR, and digital teams to align messaging and campaigns.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in social media content creation, with a strong emphasis on video production and editing.
• Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar.
• Hands-on experience with filming equipment (DSLR/mirrorless cameras, microphones, lighting kits).
• Strong portfolio of original video content — especially in professional, healthcare, or educational settings.
• Understanding of storytelling principles, pacing, transitions, and audio balancing for social media.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and patient privacy in digital communications.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience working in a clinical or healthcare environment.
