[Remote] Intern, Brand Investments

The Intern, Brand Investments role involves developing innovative marketing strategies, leveraging analytics to evaluate marketing efforts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness and sales.
Responsibilities
• Develop innovative marketing strategies to build awareness, brand love and drive sales among Beauty Insiders
• Leverage creative and analytical thinking to evaluate current marketing efforts and effectiveness
• Uncover insights through data competitive research and data analysis
• Work with cross-functional stakeholders to determine business objectives and understand current processes
• Outline actionable next steps to bring proposed strategy to life across Sephora’s marketing vehicles
• Demonstrate our Sephora values: Passion, Innovation, Expertise, Balance, Respect, Teamwork, and Initiative.
Skills
• Experience developing marketing plans with multiple marketing vehicles
• Ability to leverage data analytics to inform decision-making and strategy
• A natural curiosity, attuned to what’s happening in marketing, the world of beauty and retail
• A team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, consistently evolving environment
• Remote program – work schedule must align with Pacific Standard Time
• Must permanently reside and work in the U.S.
• Must be open to relocating to the San Francisco Bay Area upon graduation for consideration for full-time hybrid positions
• Available from June 1 - August 14, 2026
• Available for the 1-week On-Site office experience in San Francisco, CA

• Graduating in 2026 or 2027 (undergraduate or graduate degree)
