Job Summary

As a Public Area/Lobby Attendant, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining all public areas of the hotel, including restrooms, hallways, stairwells, elevators, offices, and banquet/meeting/conference rooms. You will also respond to guest requests, greet guests in a friendly manner, and perform deep cleaning tasks and special projects as needed. Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain all public areas of the hotel, including restrooms, hallways, stairwells, elevators, offices, and banquet/meeting/conference rooms
  • Respond to guest requests in a prompt and professional manner
  • Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
  • Perform deep cleaning tasks and special projects as needed, such as mattress flipping, furniture moves, and cleaning/waxing floors
  • Assist in delivering guest requests and in cleaning guest rooms as needed
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and a positive guest experience

Essential Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service, housekeeping, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Physical ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects and stand for long periods
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working in a hospitality environment
  • Knowledge of cleaning procedures and protocols
  • Ability to speak multiple languages
  • High school diploma or equivalent
