Key Responsibilities and Projects
In this role, you will contribute to various key projects, including onboarding, recruiting, documentation, and support for internal Microsoft conferences related to UX research. Your typical task breakdown will consist of 25% meetings and 75% heads-down work, with responsibilities such as ticket management, onboarding, managing the ADO board to process recruiting opportunities, documentation, meetings, collaboration, and creating reporting on current research projects and review.
- Onboard researchers to tools and programs available, ensuring a smooth transition and optimal use of resources.
- Operate existing and develop new procedures for participant recruiting (advertising) needs, measuring the effectiveness of UX research recruiting campaigns and programs.
- Identify areas for improvement and create clarity in UX research processes, developing and implementing new procedures as needed.
- Create high-quality documentation according to set standards, ensuring clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology are consistent and effective for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Coordinate projects, making and implementing detailed plans to accomplish goals, and present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to stakeholders.
Candidate Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have 2-4 years of overall experience in the field, with a strong background in project management, process development, and collaboration. While a degree is not required, equivalent work experience in User Experience, Marketing, Program Management, or a similar field is essential. The ideal candidate will have experience designing, implementing, and documenting processes, as well as creating documentation for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience with Azure DevOps and Power BI.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience with problem-solving skills, strong writing skills, and verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with stakeholder communication, recruiting for a UX research team, and marketing with PM experience is highly desirable.
