Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our customers receive their packages on time, as promised, and that they have a seamless experience from start to finish. You'll be the go-to expert for customers who need help with their packages, and you'll work closely with our team to resolve any issues that may arise. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage difficult customer situations with empathy and professionalism, using phone and email to resolve issues and provide support * Respond promptly to customer inquiries and prioritize their needs to ensure timely resolution * Solicit customer feedback to improve the customer experience and identify areas for growth * Analyze data to inform decision-making and develop work flows and procedures to improve efficiency * Use problem-solving skills to identify and resolve customer-facing issues in a timely manner * Effectively communicate with customers, team members, and stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and resolution * Balance team and individual responsibilities, exhibiting objectivity and openness to others' views * Treat people with respect, inspire trust, and support organizational values and goals with integrity **Essential Qualifications** * 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a warehouse production environment with varying noise levels and temperatures * Physical ability to carry, lift, push, and pull up to 49 pounds * Ability to stand, kneel, crouch, and/or stretch for up to 12 hours during shifts * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a logistics or delivery environment * Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and data analysis tools * Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to building a positive team culture * Bilingual or multilingual skills a plus **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Physical stamina to work in a warehouse production environment * Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
