Your Role as a Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media. Your primary responsibility will be to find innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns, providing exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns.
  • Issue Resolution: Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise.
  • Escalation: Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate.
  • Payment Processing: Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments.
  • Call Tracking: Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
  • Feedback: Provide feedback on call issues to help us improve our services.
  • Upselling: Upsell if required, identifying opportunities to provide additional value to our customers.

Qualifications and Requirements

We are looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To be successful in this role, you will need:

Essential Qualifications:

  • Age: You must be over 18 years of age.
  • Education: A high school graduate or GED is required.
  • Typing Skills: You must be able to type 25 words per minute.
  • Computer Skills: You must be comfortable with desktop computer systems and have experience with Windows operating systems.
  • Communication Skills: You must have proven oral and written communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: You must have logical problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex issues.
  • Organization and Prioritization: You must have strong organization and work prioritization skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Customer Service Experience: 6 months of customer service experience is preferred.

Work from Home Requirements

As a remote employee, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • Internet Connection: You must have a minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeding 25.0 Mbps and a minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeding 10.0 Mbps.
  • ISP Requirements: Your ISP must have no packet loss and a ping under 50ms.
  • Proof of Internet Speed: You must provide proof of internet speed.
  • Workspace: You must have a clean and quiet workspace.
