Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced Customer Experience Chatroom Operator to join our Conversion Improvement team, where you'll play a vital role in handling millions of automated humanized conversations for our clients. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for reading consumer responses, responding contextually, and categorizing them appropriately, ensuring that our natural language processor is always informed and accurate. A typical example of your work might involve responding to a user's query, such as "Where are my ID Cards?" – a question that requires thoughtful, articulate, and industry-specific guidance. Your mission will be to provide personalized support, categorized and handled with precision, using pre-written responses or engaging in dialogue to ensure the consumer receives the right direction. With a focus on maintaining 98%+ accuracy in your responses, you'll be instrumental in informing our natural language model and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond quickly and accurately to inbound messages via our chat room, utilizing point-and-click frequently asked questions and canned responses to address consumer queries and concerns.
  • Create ad-hoc responses that are relevant, appropriate, and compliant with industry standards and verticals, such as Automobile Insurance, Health Insurance, and Prescription Drug Plans.
  • Escalate conversations to leadership when necessary, ensuring seamless resolution and exceptional customer experience.
  • Document frequently asked questions to drive continual improvement and add relevancy to canned responses, enhancing our knowledge base and response accuracy.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy (98%+) in response handling, with a focus on quality assurance and random audits to ensure excellence.
  • Achieve a Replies per Hour rate of 60 replies per hour worked, demonstrating efficiency and productivity in your role.
  • Participate in other projects as assigned, contributing to the growth and development of our team and company.

Essential Qualifications

  • Experience in a Customer Service Chatroom environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving complex issues.
  • Proficiency in writing responses to consumers in real-time, chat-based environments, with a strong focus on grammar, spelling, and logic.
  • Familiarity with verticals like Automobile Insurance, Health Insurance, and Prescription Drug Plans, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new industries and subjects.
  • Professionalism in all interactions, with exceptional attention to detail, a high standard of excellence, and a commitment to perfection.
