About the Role: Seller Operations Associate (Customer Service Representative)
As a Seller Operations Associate, you'll be the primary point of contact for our sellers and customers, handling calls and responding to emails on a wide range of event and order-related questions. Your expertise and problem-solving skills will be crucial in resolving issues fairly and constructively, ensuring that our customers have a seamless experience. You'll work collaboratively with our team to provide real-time assistance, navigate order queues, and determine the best course of action to resolve customer concerns.

First 30 Days: Laying the Foundation
- Complete new hire orientation, gaining insights into blithequark's operations and the live event industry.
 - Develop an understanding of ticket marketplaces and how you'll contribute to delivering great experiences for our customers.
 - Acquire industry knowledge, experience, and critical thinking skills to proactively identify potential order issues and find solutions.
 
60 Days and Beyond: Expanding Your Skill Set
- Investigate instances where customer experience has been affected, determine the root cause, and resolve issues fairly and constructively.
 - Handle day-to-day interactions with sellers beyond traditional customer service responsibilities.
 - Navigate order queues and determine what requires attention to provide real-time assistance.
 
90 Days and Beyond: Advanced Responsibilities
- Play an active role in continued learning to advance your skill sets and achieve individual and team goals.
 - Manage in-bound seller calls regarding a wide range of questions and monitor open and pending orders to ensure timely confirmation by ticket sellers.

Work Environment and Company Culture
At blithequark, we offer a hybrid work model that combines the benefits of in-office collaboration with the flexibility of remote work. You'll spend three days in our Coppell, TX office and two days working from home. Our office is equipped with modern amenities and a dynamic work environment that fosters creativity and teamwork.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package that includes:
- A base salary of $40,000 with overtime eligibility.
 - Bi-annual bonuses and annual equity grants.
 - A comprehensive benefits package (details available upon request).
 
Work Schedule
The first four weeks of employment will be spent in training, Monday-Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm. After training, you'll work a hybrid schedule with the following hours:
- 1:30 pm - 10:00 pm, with Tuesday and Wednesday off.
 - 1:30 pm - 10:00 pm, with Wednesday and Thursday off.
 
Any hours worked over 40 per week are eligible for overtime pay.
