Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell air journeys to the traveling public or freight forwarders, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
 - Provide assistance with passenger check-in and load acceptance, adhering to strict guidelines and timelines.
 - Interpret authorities' guidelines and requirements for domestic and international journeys or shipment shipments, demonstrating a deep understanding of industry regulations.
 - Meet and dispatch aircraft within set-up times, ensuring on-time departures and arrivals.
 - Provide help to troubled passengers and clients, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
 - Protect company assets and revenue, maintaining a high level of integrity and accountability.
 - Ensure a safe journey for all passengers, adhering to strict safety protocols and procedures.
 - Possess the physical capability and dexterity to use motor skills to perform various job-associated duties.
 - Utilize organizational skills to perform multiple tasks within a limited time period, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
 - Respond and assist during safety and emergency situations, remaining calm and composed under pressure.
 - Follow internal/external regulations and procedures, staying up-to-date on industry developments and best practices.
 - May be required to drive and perform air stairs up to various types of aircraft to enplane and deplane passengers.
 - Responsible for the overall performance within the work location and may be required to guide and direct the work of other employees.
 - May be required to perform Passenger Operation Control functions, including air-to-ground communication, as well as Tower functions.
 
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school degree or GED, demonstrating a foundational level of education.
 - The ability to read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English language, with bilingual language abilities preferred in some locations.
 - A valid driver's license, as required by local authorities, with the ability to obtain necessary security clearances.
 - The ability to satisfy FAA criminal background checks to qualify for unescorted access privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable.
 - The ability to secure suitable airport authority and/or US Customs security badges, if applicable.
 - A flexible schedule, with the ability to work abnormal and/or prolonged hours, including weekends and holidays.
 - A commitment to reporting to work on a regular and timely basis, demonstrating reliability and accountability.
 
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications can enhance your candidacy:
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the aviation industry.
 - Knowledge of industry-specific software and systems, such as reservation systems and customer relationship management tools.
