About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative – Inbound Claims Support at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in handling inbound customer service inquiries via telephone and/or email. You'll leverage your effective listening skills, diligence, and genuine desire to ensure that every customer experience is exceptional. By understanding our customers' needs and focusing on delivering tailored solutions, you'll provide a service experience that exceeds expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer requests via telephone or email, providing excellent service and support.
  • Research requests regarding policy provisions, claim status, and procedures to provide accurate and timely information.
  • Efficiently process transactions and refer requests as needed to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Enhance customer relationships using effective communication and empathy to build trust and accountability.
  • Support service campaigns as required to promote our products and services.
  • Navigate electronic systems to provide integrated responses to inquiries and resolve customer issues.
  • Maintain professionalism in all interactions, adhering to our high standards of customer service.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment.
  • Flexible working schedule between 8:00 am - 11:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday.
  • Strong computer/keyboard skills and ability to navigate electronic systems.
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Superb listening skills with professional oral and written communication.
  • Empathetic communication style to build trust and accountability with customers.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Experience in insurance or financial services is a plus.
  • Prior call center experience is highly preferred.
  • Ability to learn quickly and develop an understanding of company products and services.
  • Passion for customer service and commitment to follow-through.
