Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering client inquiries, providing product information, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assess customers' needs and provide the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems, ensuring that all customer interactions are handled efficiently and effectively.
  • Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies, striving to meet and exceed personal and team target goals.
  • Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Upsell products or services as needed, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Schedules call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs, ensuring that all issues are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Essential Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone, email, chat, and other communication platforms.
  • Basic computer skills and experience, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems.
  • Multitasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
  • Active listening skills, with the ability to relay information and answer questions and/or concerns in a clear and concise manner.
  • Customer-focused, with a passion for delivering positive customer experiences and resolving issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with the ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively.
  • Knowledge of customer service software and systems, including CRM systems and helpdesk software.
  • Experience with upselling and cross-selling, with a proven track record of increasing revenue and enhancing customer satisfaction.
