Job Overview

As a Customer Service and Remote Virtual Assistant for the US healthcare industry, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional support to healthcare professionals and patients. Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and assemble medical record documentation/charts for physicians, ensuring accuracy and completeness

  • Prepare and send all documentation to physicians for review and approval via authentication of detailed data entry and facility-specific procedures
