Sr. Technical Program Manager
                                This role is based in San Francisco with remote options available.
Compensation:
$120,082—$210,000 USD
Responsibilities:
• Define and enact omnichannel support strategy, including live chat and phone support.
• Improve operational efficiency and agent productivity through system configurations.
• Lead cross-functional support infrastructure projects and ensure alignment on objectives.
• Champion privacy and security compliance in support infrastructure.
Requirements:
• BS in a technical discipline or equivalent experience (5+ years in a technical role).
• 3+ years in a technology management role.
• 4+ years working with support infrastructure for large scale omnichannel customer support.
• Strong technical breadth and judgment.
• Experience with collaboration and project management tools such as Jira.
