Paralegal II (Remote in Central time zone)

We're seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal to join our legal team for a 12-month assignment. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in contract administration, project oversight, and legal operations, who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys driving process improvements. Pay Rate: $26/hour Fully Remote. Central time zone strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities: Record Cleanup & Project Management • Lead record cleanup initiatives • Collaborate with IT and legal teams to resolve data discrepancies Contracts Oversight & Administration • Manage contract templates, playbooks, and procurement contract processes • Ensure timely follow-up and completion of contract-related projects Distributor Template Refresh Execution • Oversee execution and tracking of distributor template updates • Manage reporting and signature collection Procurement & Sales Reporting • Create dashboards and cycle time metrics • Analyze procurement and sales data during calendar and fiscal year-end Required Qualifications: • Paralegal Certificate • Experience in contract administration, legal operations, or project management • Strong organizational and communication skills • Proficiency with contract management systems (e.g., Apttus) and reporting tools • Familiarity with AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) • Ability to collaborate across legal, IT, and business teams • Skilled at managing multiple tasks and priorities Preferred Skills: • Experience building AI-powered agents or integrating AI into legal workflows • Knowledge of legal audits and compliance • Familiarity with online legal terms and web-based contract administration • Strong analytical skills for reporting and dashboard creation If this is a role that interests you and you'd like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
