**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services. You will work closely with our customers, colleagues, and management team to ensure a seamless and positive experience for all. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services
* Register sales on assigned sales register, collect cash, and process voids, returns, and exchanges
* Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including counters, shelves, and stockroom
* Develop and maintain displays, including special, seasonal, and promotional displays
* Assist with the separation of food items, including raw and pre-cooked foods, and restock outs using the first-in, first-out technique
* Provide customer assistance in the photo area, including digital ID photo services, banner print, and creative machine
* Take on web pick-up responsibilities, including screening orders in Picture Care and fulfilling requests
* Assist with external and internal support by maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment
* Conform to all company policies and procedures, maintaining respectful relationships with colleagues
* Perform other tasks and duties as assigned
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekend hours
* Basic knowledge of store systems and equipment
* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 6 months of experience in a retail environment
* Previous experience working with blithequark
* Ability to read, write, and communicate in English (except in Puerto Rico)
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekend hours
