About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for addressing customer concerns, providing support, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with issues and concerns they are experiencing during the use of our products and/or services
  • Document call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Maintain and update customer information as necessary
  • Upsell current customers on new or enhanced services
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all customer interactions are professional, courteous, and respectful
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Customer service experience is a plus, particularly in a healthcare or related field
  • Strong computer navigational skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues
  • Exceptional listening and comprehension skills, with the ability to understand and resolve customer concerns
  • Professional and courteous demeanor, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working in a customer service or call center environment
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box

Work Environment and Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following work environment and requirements:

  • Ongoing usage of phone and computer systems, with the ability to work effectively in a virtual environment
  • Your Work At Home environment must be in a private residence, located at the address listed on your personnel file
  • blithequark will provide the equipment you need to conduct your work, which may include a webcam
  • You will need to provide an Internet/Broadband Internet Connection - DSL or Cable only. No Satellite, Dial-up or Wireless Internet connections
  • Your workstation must be connected directly to the Internet with proof that your ISP meets a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and minimum upload speed of 3 Mbps

Physical Demands

This role requires constant sedentary work, with the ability to sit for long periods of time. You will also need to have the ability to use a computer and phone for extended periods, with regular breaks to stretch and move around.

Compensation

The compensation for this role is $16 per hour, with opportunities for advancement and professional growth.
