Job Overview
The Part Time Temporary Data Entry Specialist will work closely with our Operations Manager and Operations Specialist to complete assigned tasks efficiently. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent data accuracy, and the ability to work independently. Key Responsibilities
- Compile, sort, and correct data to be entered, ensuring accuracy and completeness
 - Accurately and efficiently enter one shift every two minutes, meeting company standards for data integrity
 - Review and verify the accuracy of data to ensure it meets company standards, making corrections as necessary
 - Update and maintain records to reflect the most current information, adhering to data security and confidentiality guidelines
 - Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest solutions to enhance data management efficiency
 - Run schedules QA for all entered shifts as necessary, ensuring data accuracy and completeness

 - Work various shifts, including days, nights, and weekends, with a willingness to adapt to changing schedules and priorities

Shift Schedule and Work Environment
The Part Time Temporary Data Entry Specialist will work an average of 15-20 hours per week, with a schedule that includes nights and weekends. Shifts are 1.5 hours long, with no more than 3 shifts in one business day. You will have the opportunity to work independently, making decisions in accordance with established policies and regulations, while also collaborating with our operations team to achieve common goals.
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
 - Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
 - Commitment to maintain confidentiality and adhere to data security guidelines
 - Ability to build and maintain productive working relationships with coworkers
 - Effective problem-solving skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
 - Proficient in web browser and Slack
 - Proficient in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel
 - Ability to work independently and make decisions in accordance with established policies and regulations

 - Prior experience working remotely
