Job Overview
We are currently seeking experienced Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Service Representatives to join our team. As a Customer Expert, you will be the eyes and ears of our team, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Expert, your responsibilities will include:
- Connecting with Customers: You will connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns.
 - Resolving Issues: You will calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues, escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate.
 - Responding to Requests: You will respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments.
 - Tracking Call Information: You will track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
 - Providing Feedback: You will provide feedback on call issues to help us improve our services.
 - Meeting Sales Objectives: You will meet sales objectives as defined, using your negotiation and problem-solving skills to achieve results.
 
Qualifications

- Bilingual Spanish/English: You must be fluent in both Spanish and English.
 - Customer Service Experience: You must have at least 6 months of customer service experience.
 - Age: You must be over 18 years of age.
 - Typing Skills: You must be able to type at least 25 words per minute.
 - Education: You must be a high school graduate or have a GED.
 - Computer Skills: You must be comfortable using a desktop computer system and have experience with Windows operating systems.
 - Communication Skills: You must have proven oral and written communication skills.
 - Call Center Experience: While not required, 6 months of call center experience is preferred.
 - Problem-Solving Skills: You must have logical problem-solving skills and be able to think on your feet.
 - Availability: You must be available to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
 - Organization and Time Management: You must have strong organization and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
 - Sales Experience: You must have at least 6 months of sales experience.
 - Negotiation Skills: You must have superior negotiation skills, with the ability to stay composed and objective in high-pressure situations.
 
Work from Home Requirements

- Internet Connection: You must have a reliable internet connection with a minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps and a minimum subscribed upload rate of 3.0 Mbps.
