Job Overview
In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to work from home and provide top-notch support to our plan members, helping them navigate their pharmacy benefit plans and answering questions regarding medication coverage, drug inclusion, and mail-order prescriptions. Key Responsibilities
- Accept inbound calls and respond to questions and concerns from plan members regarding their pharmacy benefit plans
 - Provide clear and concise information about medication coverage, drug inclusion, and mail-order prescriptions
 - Offer solutions and support to plan members, ensuring they understand their coverage and options
 - Utilize your knowledge and skills to improve the healthcare experience for our plan members
 - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and provide seamless support to plan members
 - Adhere to HIPAA and regulatory compliance guidelines, maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism
 
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's degree and have at least 2 years of experience engaging with clients in a customer-facing environment, such as a call center, retail, or hospitality industry. You should be proficient in Windows-based applications and have excellent computer skills.

- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
