Key Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Office Clerk at blithequark, you will be responsible for a diverse range of tasks that require exceptional customer service, technical, and administrative skills. Your primary duties will include:
- Responding to taxpayer inquiries in person and over the phone, providing accurate and timely information to address their concerns.
 - Researching, maintaining, and updating tax accounts based on information provided, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company standards.
 - Processing tax forms and mail, and posting payments to proper accounts, demonstrating attention to detail and organizational skills.
 - Completing all tasks in a timely manner, meeting company standards and productivity expectations.
 - Performing additional duties as assigned, showcasing flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
 
Essential and Preferred Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a unique blend of skills, experience, and personal qualities. The essential qualifications include:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a foundational level of education.
