About the Role

This is a full-time, remote data entry role that involves handling inbound sales calls, assisting customers in finding and purchasing their ideal products, and providing top-notch customer service. As an Inbound Sales Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and their shopping experience is enhanced.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound sales calls (approximately 40 per day) and provide excellent customer service, ensuring a first-class customer purchasing experience.
  • Review your daily schedule to stay informed about assigned break times, lunch times, team meetings, and training sessions.
  • Contact product suppliers to obtain additional information that may not be available on the blithequark site.
  • Follow the assigned Sales Cycle and call flow, including testing questions, accepting the sale, building compatibility, and more.
  • Consider customers' needs and consistently look for ways to enhance their experience by upselling or cross-selling products that may not be initially considered.
  • Participate in commitment activities, selling challenges, and other aspects of our culture.
  • Be prepared to adapt to changing plans and mandatory overtime during peak seasons.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in a call center/retail/virtual environment.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think logically in a high-speed environment.
  • Proficient in using technology and multitasking.
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a virtual environment and maintain a high level of problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar role or industry.
  • Familiarity with sales software applications and technology.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new processes and systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
