About the Role
In this experienced-level role, you'll be the primary point of contact for blithequark-CONNECT customers, including advisors, clients, and relationship partners, addressing their service issues, requests, and account inquiries. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, resolving conflicts, and driving results with a growth mindset. Your start date will be November 18, 2024, and you'll be working in a primarily home-based setting, with occasional visits to our office locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing their service issues, requests, procedures, and account information.
- Communicate directly with customers to research questions, open issue resolution cases, and resolve higher-level problems over the phone.
- Gather and enter relevant information to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.
- Receive guidance from coaches on a frequent basis to process requests and stay up-to-date on procedures.
- Develop an understanding of procedures to educate clients and advisors on newly enacted services, facilitating efficient self-service.
- Act as a resource for customers on company or product policies and systems, troubleshooting simple usability issues raised by customers.
- Refer more complex issues to appropriate service partners, ensuring seamless issue resolution.

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package, with an hourly rate ranging from $23.00 to $30.76, depending on your job level and geographic location. Our benefits include:
