Key Responsibilities
- Provide top-notch technical support to external content teams, ensuring they can effectively utilize the tools provided by our internal development team.
 - Create comprehensive reference materials and training programs to onboard external teams to our toolset, enhancing their productivity and proficiency.
 - Debug and solve issues with tools and workflows, working closely with the tool development team to resolve complex problems and improve tool functionality.
 - Escalate intricate or persistent issues to the tool development team and collaborate on tracking these issues in JIRA, ensuring timely resolution.
 - Act as a champion for tools and workflow improvements, gathering and relaying suggestions from external teams to the internal development team.
 - Partner with other engineers to develop and refine tools and processes, aiming to boost efficiency and quality across the board.
 - Lead or guide cross-disciplinary discussions to drive features from conception to completion, exemplifying reliability, accountability, and professionalism.
 
Essential Skills and Qualifications
