As a Customer Advocate, you'll be a healthcare hero ???? for 50 to 70 people every day. You'll navigate the world of primary care doctors ????, medications ????, appointments ????, and benefits ???? like a pro, armed with your knowledge ???? and amazing social skills ????️.
And the best part? You'll make a real impact on people's lives ❤️.


???? The Details

• ???? Full-time position, Monday through Friday (because we all need a little weekend! ????)
• ⏰ 8-hour shifts between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. EST
• ???? 5-week intensive orientation (don't worry, we've got your back every step of the way! ????‍????)

???? Your Arsenal

• ???? High school diploma (bonus points if you've got a degree! ????)
• ???? At least 1 year of experience in insurance operations
• ???? Tech-savvy and confident navigating our web-based systems
• ???? Detail-oriented with strong follow-through

• ???? Experience in healthcare/insurance
• ???? Background in social work, behavioral health, or similar fields

Start: TWO groups starting October 20th and November 3rd, 2025
Training: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (8 weeks)
Regular Schedule: 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday; 11:30 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday
All times are Eastern Standard

A pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check are required prior to employment.
