**Job Summary**
As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be the face of blithequark, connecting with customers via phone and creating an experience where they feel heard, understood, and valued. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Answering calls in an efficient, courteous, and accurate manner
* Assessing customer needs and offering solutions and additional products
* Interacting with a globally diverse group of customers and colleagues
* Selling travel-related services and promoting credit card vendor partner products
* Demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills
* Possessing strong computer skills and comfort with navigating software applications, email, instant messaging, and internet searches
* Having a professional attitude with excellent dependability, flexibility in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to handle stressful situations
* Able to learn and react quickly
**Key Responsibilities**
* Connect with customers via phone and create an experience where they feel heard, understood, and valued
* Assess customer needs and offer solutions and additional products

**What You Need to Succeed**
To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following minimum qualifications:
* Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles
* Consistently makes safety and security, of self and others, the priority
* Possess correct legal documentation to live and work in Singapore
* Must be a Singapore citizen
* Be fluent in written and verbal English
* This role requires computer skills and comfort with navigating software applications, email, instant messaging, and internet searches
* Must be able to demonstrate clear, pleasant, and courteous verbal and written communication using appropriate grammar, tone, and pronunciation
* Must have a flexible schedule as this position will require you to work weekends, holidays, and including night shift
* Preferred Diploma holders and above. Consideration will be given to candidates who have relevant work experience in a contact centre environment

* One year of experience working in sales, and at least one year of experience providing customer service
