Principal Duties and Responsibilities
As a customer service representative at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service by responding efficiently, accurately, and courteously to all customer transactions through inbound calls, live chat, and email correspondence
- Processing product orders and providing prompt and efficient response and resolution to all customers' requests, utilizing multiple different screens, systems, and websites
- Assisting customers, sales representatives, and management with inquiries or issues concerning orders, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution
- Analyzing, reviewing, and processing customer requests for return authorization and credits, maintaining a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Maintaining effective communication with customers to provide ongoing information flow related to sales, promotions, and problems, ensuring accurate billings and shipments
- Providing technical and/or product information as required to respond to customer inquiries, demonstrating a strong understanding of blithequark's products and services
- Certain customer care representatives will have additional responsibilities, including servicing customers over social media platforms, handling warranty claims, and working on special projects, providing opportunities for growth and development
Requirements
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must:
- Reside in Wisconsin or North Carolina
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week between the hours of 7:00 am - 6:30 pm CST
- Possess strong computer skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, with reliable internet and a quiet workspace
Essential and Preferred Qualifications
In addition to the requirements listed above, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or call center environment
