Your primary goal will be to start authentic conversations that lead to sales, and you will be challenged to come up with strategies to manage your team to success in a proactive work environment. **Key Responsibilities** * Start new conversations with potential clients (2 hours/day) * Follow up with existing leads (2 hours/day) * Grow your social media accounts organically (2 hours/day) * Reply to active leads and close sales (1.5 hours/day) * Manage and communicate with your team daily (30 minutes/day) **Requirements** * Advanced/Native C1-C2 level of English * Ability to work from home with a stable internet connection * Full-time availability (8 hours/day, 2 hours on weekends) * Located in any country in Latin America or Brazil * High interest and commitment to learning, making money, working with trial and error, and being challenged daily **No Previous Experience Required** While previous experience is not necessary, we do require that you are 100% confident in your English skills.
