About the Role

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional support to our clients' customers. You'll address concerns, provide support, and resolve issues with a focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with issues and concerns they are experiencing during the use of healthcare products and/or services
  • Document call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Maintain and update customer information as necessary
  • Upsell current customers on new or enhanced healthcare services
  • Provide professional and courteous support to customers, ensuring exceptional listening and comprehension skills
  • Utilize strong computer navigational skills and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) to efficiently manage customer interactions

Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Customer service experience in healthcare or a related field is highly preferred
  • Strong computer navigational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with exceptional listening and comprehension abilities
  • Professional and courteous demeanor, with a customer-oriented approach

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in healthcare customer service or a related field
  • Familiarity with healthcare products and services
  • Certifications or training in customer service, healthcare, or a related field

Work Environment

As a work-from-home representative, you'll need to:

  • Work from a private residence, located at the address listed on your personnel file
  • Have a reliable internet connection (DSL or Cable only; no satellite, dial-up, or wireless connections)
  • Meet minimum internet speed requirements (10 Mbps download, 3 Mbps upload)
  • Use a computer and phone system provided by Blithequark (which may include a webcam)

Physical Demands

This role involves constant sedentary work, with minimal physical demands.
