Job Overview
In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions across multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary objective will be to provide timely and effective solutions to customer queries, ensuring a delightful experience for our pet owners. You will also play a key role in processing and modifying orders, escalating customer feedback, and contributing to the development of best practices that drive world-class customer experience. Core Responsibilities
- Assist customers over the phone, email, and chat with product and service questions, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure a delightful experience.
 - Manage both inbound and outbound calls, proactively identifying solutions to questions and concerns our pet owners may have.
 - Take a hands-on approach to resolving every issue, owning it from start to finish and ensuring that each interaction is an opportunity to create a positive and lasting impression.
 - Provide best-in-class service experience for our customers while working in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating excellent communication skills and a patient-centric approach.
 - Offer technical support to customers navigating our website, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.

Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of education, experience, and skills that align with our company values and customer-centric approach. The following qualifications are required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
 - 6+ months of professional experience working with computer and web-based tools
 - 1+ years of customer service experience or veterinary care experience
 - Ability to work 7am - 3pm MT, Monday - Friday
 - Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
 
In addition to these basic qualifications, we also require that you have a reliable broadband internet connection with a minimum speed of 10 mbps download and 5 mbps upload, as well as a private and distraction-free home workspace that allows you to devote full attention to our customers during work hours.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred and will be considered an asset in your application:
- 2+ years of relevant phone or email customer service experience
 - Experience working virtually, with a proven ability to self-motivate and manage your time effectively
 - Experience working in veterinary or pet care, with a deep understanding of the industry and its unique challenges
 - Demonstrated ability to work as a team member, with a strong commitment to collaboration and customer satisfaction
 - Animal lover - while not required, a passion for animals and their well-being is definitely a plus!
