About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will have ownership over resolving escalated or complex calls from customers. Key Responsibilities

What You Bring to the Role

• 6 months or more of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
• High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication and problem-solving skills
• Recognize, apply, and explain product or service knowledge, with the ability to learn and adapt to new products and services quickly
• Computer experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
• High-speed internet (>15 mbps), with a reliable and stable connection to ensure seamless communication with customers
