Innovator Industrial Services is growing fast and needs a hands-on Salesforce Admin to stabilize, streamline, and scale our org.
Role Overview
You’ll lead a structured clean-up and modernization of our Salesforce environment, then provide ongoing enhancements and support. You’ll collaborate with the salesforce manager & marketing, sales, and operations teams to align config with real-world processes and data quality goals.
What You’ll Do
User & Security: User lifecycle management, profile revamp/transfer, permission set & permission set group cleanup, role hierarchy review, login/access policies.
Data & Objects: Record type rationalization, page layout modernization, field governance (naming, help text, dependencies), duplicate prevention/merging, validation rules.
UI/UX: Lightning App/Page cleanup, dynamic forms/visibility, component optimization, performance tuning.
Automation: Migrate legacy Process Builder/Workflow → Flows (record-triggered/scheduled), flow catalog cleanup, error handling & subflow patterns. Create, manage, update and fix Flows as needed.
Apps & Metadata: App rationalization, tab/visibility standards, package evaluation and tidy-up.
Marketing Ops: Support Account Engagement (Pardot): field mapping, campaign alignment, automations, scoring/grading, and sync hygiene with Sales Cloud.
Quality & Ops: Sandbox strategy, change sets/DevOps hygiene, release notes, documentation, and admin runbooks.
Support: Ongoing fixes, small enhancements, and training for power users.
