As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of blithequark, interacting with customers, understanding their needs, and providing personalized support to resolve their queries. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the customer experience, and we're excited to have you join our team!
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, provide timely resolutions, and ensure a positive experience.
 - Product and Brand Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our healthcare products and services to recommend upgrades and solutions to customers.
 - Conduct Research and Outbound Calls: Investigate customer queries, and make outbound calls to provide answers regarding health care benefits, eligibility, and enrollment status.
 - Assist with Online Health Accounts: Help members navigate their online health accounts, locate doctor and facility information, and understand account functionality.
 - Maintain Patient Privacy: Adhere to HIPAA guidelines to ensure the confidentiality and security of patient information.
 
Essential Qualifications
- Customer Service Experience: 6 months or more of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
 - Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
 - Computer Experience: Familiarity with computer systems, software applications, and high-speed internet (> 15 mbps).
 - Technical Requirements: USB wired headset (recommended) or existing headset (except Bluetooth headsets), and a smartphone or device running IOS or Android.
 
Preferred Qualifications
- Healthcare Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare products, services, and industry terminology.
 - Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively, empathetically, and professionally with customers.
 - Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve customer queries efficiently.
