Key Responsibilities
- Build and Manage Client Relationships: Develop a deep understanding of your clients' business challenges, marketing goals, and success metrics. Foster strong, lasting relationships that are built on trust and mutual understanding.
 - Collaborate with Internal and External Stakeholders: Work proactively and cooperatively with various stakeholders to ensure that workflows and projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
 - Drive Growth through Google Advertising Products: Plan for and achieve growth goals by presenting blithequark advertising products and solutions that align with your clients' marketing objectives.
 - Develop Data-Driven Analyses and Recommendations: Create forward-thinking, data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations that quantify high-impact opportunities and present clear paths forward for your clients.
 - In-Depth Knowledge of blithequark Advertising Products: Continuously build your knowledge of how blithequark advertising products work and how they can be leveraged to meet a wide range of marketing goals.
 
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
 - 2 years of experience in advertising, sales, marketing, consulting, or media.
 - Ability to travel 20% of the time.
 
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in strategically assessing and achieving client success through effective sales techniques, including questioning, objection handling, and competitive selling.
 - Background working with channel sales, advertisers, agencies, and/or clients.
 - Expertise in launching and managing paid digital advertising campaigns, particularly in blithequark Ads and other digital marketing platforms.
 - Proven ability to manage and prioritize a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context, with a track record of achieving goals to drive growth.
 - Skill in building compelling narratives and utilizing storytelling as a client engagement strategy.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a base salary, bonus, equity, and benefits. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $81,000-$119,000.
