About the Role: Key Responsibilities and Expectations

As an Online Support - Customer Service Specialist at blithequark, you'll be the face of our organization, interacting with members of unions who request our benefits. Your day-to-day activities will include:

  • Managing inbound and outbound calls, establishing consultations, and conducting discussions with union members to provide personalized support.
  • Utilizing basic personal computer knowledge to efficiently complete necessary paperwork and maintain accurate records.
  • Participating in quality assurance initiatives to ensure the highest standards of customer service.
  • Developing leadership skills through our comprehensive leadership development program.
