Live Chat Support Agent
                                A company is looking for a Live Chat Support Agent to join their remote support team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat
• Troubleshoot basic product or service issues and escalate complex cases as needed
• Document customer interactions clearly and concisely in the system
Requirements:
• Proven experience in customer support or a related role (live chat experience preferred)
• Comfortable using customer service software, CRM systems, and chat platforms
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• High-speed internet connection and reliable computer setup
• Flexible availability (including weekends or holidays if needed)
