Call Center Agent - Remote
Job Description:
• Global Consultancy requires accomplished Call Center Agents, to work remotely and give a first-class customer experience.
• Providing telephone, email and webchat assistance.
• Initial contract role with no PTO and various client shift patterns.
• All equipment is provided.
• Able to start in 1-3 weeks after interview (pending background checks approval).
Requirements:
• Proven experience with a minimum 3+ years in Call centers.
• Good experience of Inbound/ Outbound calls, Emails and (ideally) Webchats.
• Able to work in a 6+ month W2 contract role (initial).
• Happy to work fully remote / work from home from anywhere in the US.
• Typing speed- 25+ words per minute.
• MS Office experience.
• CRM/ Call Logging Systems experience.
