**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Working on computers and answering phones to intake information in a busy environment
* Helping patients who may be very ill or worried, and providing emotional support and guidance
* Collecting patient and insurance information, and navigating complex health plans and coverage
* Working quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment, often on your feet assisting patients complete their registration
* Building rapport with patients and clinicians, and providing exceptional customer service
**Key Responsibilities**
* Intake patient information accurately and efficiently, using multiple screens and programs
* Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Provide emotional support and guidance to patients who may be experiencing anxiety or stress
* Collect and verify patient and insurance information, and navigate complex health plans and coverage
* Work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment, often on your feet assisting patients complete their registration
* Build rapport with patients and clinicians, and provide exceptional customer service
**Requirements**
* High School Diploma or GED
* Excellent customer service experience
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, often on your feet
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to navigate complex health plans and coverage
* Basic computer skills and typing ability
