Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with large-scale customers to identify and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and adoption of our cloud data warehousing solution.
- Assist pre-sales teams in onboarding large-scale customers, providing technical guidance and support to ensure successful deployments.
- Automate repetitive processes and develop tools to enhance customer experience, efficiency, and scalability.
- Work closely with business and support teams to prioritize operational issues, communicate roadmaps, and drive feature prioritization.
- Develop deep understanding of customer use-cases, configurations, and architectures, providing technical guidance and recommendations to ensure optimal solution implementation.
- Communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including customers, internal teams, and leadership.
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role, preferably in cloud computing, data warehousing, or a related field.
- Strong technical skills in cloud-based data warehousing, including architecture, design, and implementation.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to dig deep and identify root causes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud-based data warehousing solutions, such as Amazon Redshift.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
