Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, video calls, and live chats
- Assist customers with their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Utilize your home computer and remotely connect to our system to answer inbound calls and chats
- Participate in training and certification programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Work independently in a home office setting with minimal supervision
- Meet or exceed performance targets and customer satisfaction goals
Essential Qualifications
Experience Requirements
- 6+ months of customer service and/or administrative experience (call center or phone support experience preferred)
- High level of professionalism and excellent communication skills
- Excellent typing skills (40+ wpm) and computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work overtime and/or weekends if necessary
Technical Requirements
- CPU: i5 (or equivalent), i7 recommended (no Atom, Celeron, Pentium, Opteron processors)
- Internet: 5Mbs down speed minimum, 3Mbs up speed minimum
- Network Latency: Max 250 MS latency max
- OS: Win 8.1 (64bit), Win 10 (64bit)
- RAM: 4GB minimum, 8GB recommended
- Home office setup with ethernet cord and nearby router or wall for firewall/security purposes
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a virtual or remote work environment
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Experience with live chat software and other customer support tools
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
