Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, video calls, and live chats
  • Assist customers with their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Utilize your home computer and remotely connect to our system to answer inbound calls and chats
  • Participate in training and certification programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Work independently in a home office setting with minimal supervision
  • Meet or exceed performance targets and customer satisfaction goals

Essential Qualifications

Experience Requirements

  • 6+ months of customer service and/or administrative experience (call center or phone support experience preferred)
  • High level of professionalism and excellent communication skills
  • Excellent typing skills (40+ wpm) and computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to work overtime and/or weekends if necessary

Technical Requirements

  • CPU: i5 (or equivalent), i7 recommended (no Atom, Celeron, Pentium, Opteron processors)
  • Internet: 5Mbs down speed minimum, 3Mbs up speed minimum
  • Network Latency: Max 250 MS latency max
  • OS: Win 8.1 (64bit), Win 10 (64bit)
  • RAM: 4GB minimum, 8GB recommended
  • Home office setup with ethernet cord and nearby router or wall for firewall/security purposes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a virtual or remote work environment
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Experience with live chat software and other customer support tools
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
