Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely information about our products and services.
  • Lead Generation: Narrow down appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review.
  • Interaction Summarization: Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, ensuring that all relevant details are captured and communicated effectively.
  • Knowledge Development: Develop and maintain a knowledge base of evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest industry trends and developments.
  • Multitasking: Demonstrate strong multitasking skills, handling multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and professionalism.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary; we're looking for candidates with a strong passion for customer service and a willingness to learn.
  • Technical Skills: Basic internet and window-based computer skills; experience with gaming or other fast-paced environments is helpful.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to change and thrive in a quick-paced work environment.
  • Positive Demeanor: A positive and professional demeanor, with a strong ability to multitask and maintain a high level of quality and professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the automotive industry or customer service experience in a similar field.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software or other technology-based tools.

Candidate Requirements:

To be considered for this opportunity, you must:

  • Reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, or Wisconsin.
  • Own a computer or laptop with a webcam and microphone.
  • Be available to attend four weeks of paid, remote training via Zoom, Tuesday through Saturday, from 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM EDT.
  • Be able to work five days a week, including a Saturday or Sunday.
