Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, video calls, and live chats
- Guide and help others find answers to their questions and concerns
- Work from the comfort of your own home office, with the flexibility to choose your own hours as long as you work a minimum of 40 hours per week
- Utilize your home computer and internet connection to remotely answer inbound calls and chats

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- 6+ months of customer service and/or administrative experience (call center or phone support experience preferred)
- A home office setting with a computer/laptop, internet connection, and headset hookups

- Availability to work overtime and/or weekends if necessary
