Your Role: Customer Care Representative
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and respond to customer inquiries with care and professionalism
- Provide exceptional customer service through active listening and empathy
- Work with confidential customer information, maintaining sensitivity and discretion
- Resolve customer issues on the first call by being proactive and solution-focused
- Communicate effectively with customers, including providing video support when necessary
Essential Qualifications:
- Logical problem-solving skills to address customer concerns effectively
- Availability to work various shifts, including potentially outside traditional hours
- Ability to manage heavy incoming call volumes with composure
- Proficiency in using Windows operating systems
- Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute
- Must be at least 18 years old and a High School Graduate or GED holder
- Predictable and reliable attendance is crucial
Preferred Qualifications:
- 6 to 12 months of customer service experience, though not mandatory
- A consistent work history demonstrating reliability and commitment
- Proven oral and written communication skills for effective customer interaction
- Some technical background, which can be beneficial but is not required
Work from Home Requirements
To work successfully from home, you'll need:
- A personal device (desktop, laptop, or tablet) with Windows 10 or later
- A wired Ethernet LAN connection for stable internet connectivity
- An internet connection with a minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps and upload rate of 3.0 Mbps
- An ISP with no packet loss and ping under 50ms
- Proof of internet speed to ensure you meet our requirements
