About the Role: Customer Experience Chatroom Operator at blithequark

As a Customer Experience Chatroom Operator at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our clients' customers receive the highest level of service. While our AI technology handles the bulk of conversations, there are instances where human intervention is necessary to provide contextually relevant responses. This is where you come in – using your exceptional customer service skills, attention to detail, and ability to empathize with consumers to drive meaningful conversations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound messages via our chat room to leads regarding questions or concerns around the product or service, utilizing point and click frequently asked questions canned responses, all within 30 seconds.
  • Create ad-hoc responses that are relevant, appropriate, and compliant to the records industry and vertical.
  • Escalate conversations to leadership when needed, ensuring that complex issues are addressed promptly.
  • Document frequently asked questions for continual improvement of our conversational AI model.
  • Add relevancy to canned responses to enhance the customer experience.
  • Maintain a 98% or above accuracy in response handling, with your work being randomly audited and quality assured.
  • Achieve a Replies per Hour rate of 60 replies per hour worked, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
  • Take on other projects as assigned, contributing to the team's overall success.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience in a Customer Service Chatroom environment, preferably in industries such as Automobile Insurance, Health Insurance, or Prescription Drug Plans.
  • Proven ability to write responses to consumers in a real-time, chat-based environment.
  • Professionalism in all interactions, with exceptional attention to detail and a high standard of excellence.
  • Advanced typing skills and comfortability on a computer.
  • Good grammatical, spelling, and logic skills, with the ability to grammar and spell check free-typed responses.
  • Exceptional verbal, communication, and written skills.
  • Reliability and responsibility to a designated schedule, with a strong and reliable internet/WiFi connection.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A College Degree, although a High School or equivalent diploma is the minimum requirement.
  • Experience in handling complex customer service issues and escalating conversations to leadership.
