The Role: Customer Analytics Manager, Enterprise
As a Customer Analytics Manager at blithequark, you'll be the linchpin in translating complex data into actionable insights that empower our Enterprise customers to achieve their hiring goals. Your expertise will be crucial in demonstrating the value of our products and services, helping customers maximize their ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets to distill actionable insights and craft compelling narratives for internal stakeholders and customers.
- Establish and maintain a strong rapport with customers and customer-facing teams, serving as a product and industry expert.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, manage, and maintain standardized reporting tools, ensuring seamless data analysis and visualization.
- Present technical content to non-technical audiences, showcasing your ability to communicate complex data insights effectively.
- Initiate and complete projects with minimal guidance, demonstrating your ability to work independently and drive results.
Minimum Qualifications
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- A degree in statistics, market research, business, or a relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven ability to use data visualization tools to provide actionable insights and reusable frameworks, preferably in digital advertising or ads monetization fields.
- 5+ years of customer-facing experience, with a track record of presenting technical content to non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and working with large datasets.
- Strong analytical skills, including qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques.
- Advanced knowledge of Google G Suite and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT).
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications
While not mandatory, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge:
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, especially Sales, Product, Decision Science, and Marketing.
- 5 years of experience in media analytics, advertising sales, digital media and marketing, consulting, or financial analysis.
- 5+ years of experience in a client-facing role with Fortune 1000 companies.
- Proficiency working with superset, databricks, and AWS web services.
- A deep understanding of a company's ads business, analyzing trends, and identifying opportunities for growth, with regular presentations to stakeholders.
