**Job Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* **Assisting Members with Pharmacy Benefit Plans**: You will provide exceptional support to our members, answering their questions, and resolving their concerns related to pharmacy benefit plans.
* **Providing Information on Prescription Insurance**: You will educate members on prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions, ensuring they have a clear understanding of their benefits.
* **Receiving Necessary Training**: You will receive comprehensive training to handle client and member inquiries, ensuring you have the knowledge and skills to excel in this role.
