Job Summary

As a Customer Support Specialist at Blithequark, you will work remotely, ensuring that customers have a positive experience with their Blithequark products and services. You will be a key connection between our customers and Blithequark, delivering personalized support and guidance. Your primary goal will be to identify and resolve technical issues, assist with product inquiries, and offer advice on the best solutions for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and technical support via phone, email, and chat
  • Troubleshoot and resolve a wide variety of technical issues

Requirements:
