Job Overview
As a Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing concierge-style support to our customers, assisting with tracking orders, offering solutions to technical issues, and troubleshooting incoming support volume. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support through various channels, including email, chat, and external phone calls
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide feedback on recurring trends or questions customers may have, as well as suggestions for improving the overall customer experience
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
- Utilize Salesforce or other similar CS platforms/tools to manage customer interactions and resolve issues
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and helpful support
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with at least one year of work experience
- Previous customer service experience in a startup/technology environment is preferred
- Experience with digital platforms and SaaS (Software as a Service) is highly preferred
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other similar CS platforms/tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Adaptable and confident in picking up new software and technologies
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
- Basic computer skills in various software and web-based applications
