**Essential Qualifications:**
* **High School Diploma or Equivalent**: Must be 18 years of age or older.
* **Professional Experience**: 6+ months of experience working with computer and web-based tools.
* **Multitasking Skills**: Experience multitasking with phone and computer skills.
* **Pre-Employment Requirements**: Submit and pass a pre-employment drug test.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* **Customer Service Experience**: 1+ year of relevant phone or email customer service experience.
