What We're Looking For
We're looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and making a meaningful impact in the lives of others. If you have:
- 6 months or more of customer service experience
- Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Computer experience
- High-speed internet (> 15 mbps)
- A USB wired headset (or a compatible alternative)
- A smartphone or another device that runs IOS or Android (iPad, etc.) for daily log-in
